How To Use:

1. Position the oil filter wrench around the filter.
2. Adjust the wrench to fit securely around the oil filter.
3. Use a 1/2" drive ratchet, breaker bar or 22mm socket to turn and loosen.
4. The more torque applied, the tighter the jaws grip the filter.

Important: Do not use with impact wrench tools, as this may damage the adjustable oil filter wrench.

For best results when installing a new oil filter, tighten by hand only. Once the filter gasket contacts the engine surface, tighten an additional 3/4 to 1 full turn by hand.
